Admission.ac is a Daffodil Group EdTech platform that connects students with global education opportunities — universities, scholarships, internships, and mobility programs across 35+ countries. The platform serves three user types: students, recruitment partners, and universities, with an AI-powered program search and an online counseling system.

Technical Approach
Built with a multi-tenant architecture supporting three distinct user roles. Implemented dynamic AI-powered search filters for programs, universities, and scholarships. Integrated an online assessment and counseling booking workflow with real-time notifications. Designed a responsive frontend with Odoo-based backend or your actual stack.
Challenges & Solutions
Managing complex multi-role access (student, partner, university) with different dashboards and data visibility was the key challenge. Solved by implementing role-based access control and modular UI routing. Scaling the scholarship/program search across 35+ countries required efficient filtering logic and indexed database queries.
Outcome
Platform serves thousands of students across Bangladesh and internationally, connecting them to programs in 35+ countries. Successfully onboarded universities and recruitment partners on a single unified platform.
